When: Every Sunday morning at 9:00 AM, starting September 7th
What: All-levels barbell class designed to build strength, skill, and confidence in an affirming space. Centered on queer and trans lifters and our allies, this class combines solid technique with a supportive community. Whether you’re picking up a barbell for the first time or working toward new PRs, you’ll find encouragement every step of the way. Led by trans athlete and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Schuyler Bailar (he/him) who works to create liberating spaces for trans and queer people to feel embodied and empowered.
